About Me

My photo
Tracey
Wisconsin, United States
I am fortunate to have been exposed to running at a very young age, and set my sights on becoming a runner from the age of 6. Over time running has become the most consistent thing in my life, as well as the most humbling. I've run 5K's to 50K's to a 3 person, 200 mile relay. I've run through forests, cities, canyons, deserts and mountain ranges. I love the sights I see on these runs, but what I love the most is the contemplative nature of the miles, paired with the natural desire to keep pushing the envelope until you hit your absolute limit. These things of course tie into my overall life goal of maintaining balance between running and the other passions (and obligations) I have to tend to as well. The journey of this balancing act is always providing me with new insights, lessons learned, and plenty of opportunities to laugh at myself.
